This sit is awesome! Anyone can do a podcast by following this how to guide. Very clear, detailed and easy to follow. Talks about overcoming your fears and how to put it together for perfection.

This site was very clear and simple to follow. It gave opinions from other and simple fixes. It felt as if they were talking directly to you. Great site.
Podcasts should be organized and fun to listen to. They should be entertaining and relay the information clearly to your audience.
My audience is woman over 40 and based on staying in style for the age group. This seems like it is very easy to stay on task and love doing it.
My experience has been pretty good. I am not very creative so this is pushing me to put more into it and think about how I can make it catchy to my audience.
Microblogs do have many benefits. Keeping in contact with people that you may not see much or family across the world. It is also a good tool for networking and growing a company, but also can be very challenging. A personal facebook account or tweeter account can be an open book for an employer to review and maybe judge you from before you even get an interview. I know with my company we hire a so called "Head Hunter" to check a person out before we bring them in for an interview and that is the first place they look.
I have several accounts that I do use. Facebook I use for personal contact, twitter I use to stay up to date with my sons school and sports, Linkedln I also have, but do not use as much. It is not as friendly and convent as the others.
